Hotel Review I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, and I highly recommend it! From the moment we entered the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The lobby has a very welcoming atmosphere, leaving an excellent first impression. The staff is outstanding – always smiling, extremely friendly, and eager to help with anything you need. Every request was handled promptly and with great care. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very diverse, with options to suit all tastes. Whether you’re looking for something classic or more sophisticated, you’ll definitely find something you like. The rooms, though small, are very well-organized, offering enough space for a comfortable 3-day stay. Everything was impeccably clean, and the overall ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, stress-free, and relaxing stay!

Room/s was more than we expected. We did wonder if the decor, fittings, carpets, walls, etc would be "tired", but I was pleasantly surprised, nothing looked shabby and "tired". Evening meal/restaurant was pleasant. All-in-all more than I expected and will definitely return.

We had to check in very late, around 2 AM, and the hotel made it completely hassle-free. The reception was open all night, and the staff was friendly and welcoming even at that hour. It was a relief after a long journey. Great service and highly appreciated! Also, the room was very clean and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. While the location wasn’t very close to Colmar city Centre, it was well connected by bus, making it easy to get around.

Great location, pleasant staff, good evening restaurant and meals. Breakfast was typical continental (cheeses, crosissants, bread, cereals, fried sausages/scrambled eggs, or boiled eggs). The rooms exceeded our expectations inasmuch as they weren't the typical "tired-looking" offerings of some of the more well-known hotel chains.

The staff was friendly and can speak many languages. The room is bigger than I expected. if you've ever stayed at any other Ibis hotel you'll know what I mean. I was cold though. But there was a electric heater. That was useful.

The staff were extremely friendly and warm. The check-in was fast. The hotel has a positive vibe, the restaurant seems lively in the evening but not.noisy at all. There's a nice bar and some comfy places to sit. They provide a daily newspaper in French. It's a convenient place if you have a car. Colmar centre is a 10 min drive away, and it's easy to park in the centre.

Staff was friendly, room has everything we needed, free parking, fast WiFi, warm water, clean bathroom, clean bedroom, only 3 km away from the center, has a few nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, and most importantly the value for money!

Everything! It is very hard to find anything to complain about.This is my 4th visit and was even better than previously. I especially enjoyed the breakfast with a very wide selection of things to eat. The restaurant is good too for an evening meal. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet and the shower was big! The staff are great too, speak English, and welcome pets with open arms!!

I stayed for two nights to break my journey home to the UK from Italy. The staff were wonderful and helped me quite a lot during my stay (I am a disabled traveller. Thank you for a comfortable relaxing break from a thousand mile drive home!
