ibis Colmar Est - Hotel Restaurant en Alsace

The hotel was clean, had a relaxing feel and there was a bar and restaurant on site. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and I was travelling with friends on motorcycles so once back from a day's riding it was time for a beer or 2 and we were not going out again so consequently we were looking for a hotel that had facilities on site for a relaxing evening and this place provided that. The location is on the outskirts of Colmar but there is a bus stop 100 metres from the hotel that takes you directly into the town centre (2. Euro's each way if paying by cash). I was very happy with the hotel facilities and met mine and the groups requirements.

Hotel Review I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, and I highly recommend it! From the moment we entered the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The lobby has a very welcoming atmosphere, leaving an excellent first impression. The staff is outstanding – always smiling, extremely friendly, and eager to help with anything you need. Every request was handled promptly and with great care. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very diverse, with options to suit all tastes. Whether you’re looking for something classic or more sophisticated, you’ll definitely find something you like. The rooms, though small, are very well-organized, offering enough space for a comfortable 3-day stay. Everything was impeccably clean, and the overall ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, stress-free, and relaxing stay!

Room/s was more than we expected. We did wonder if the decor, fittings, carpets, walls, etc would be "tired", but I was pleasantly surprised, nothing looked shabby and "tired". Evening meal/restaurant was pleasant. All-in-all more than I expected and will definitely return.

Great location, pleasant staff, good evening restaurant and meals. Breakfast was typical continental (cheeses, crosissants, bread, cereals, fried sausages/scrambled eggs, or boiled eggs). The rooms exceeded our expectations inasmuch as they weren't the typical "tired-looking" offerings of some of the more well-known hotel chains.

The staff was friendly and can speak many languages. The room is bigger than I expected. if you've ever stayed at any other Ibis hotel you'll know what I mean. I was cold though. But there was a electric heater. That was useful.
